As UN Urges Action, SEEC Institute Prepares Policy Roadmap for the Next Congress

"Last week, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) report laid out a stark warming about the coming impacts of the climate crisis in their new report. That action is required is not just a statement of fact, it's a message to legislative bodies around the world to move faster to address the climate challenges every nation is facing from changing weather patterns to agricultural impacts, rising energy costs and threats to clean air and water,” said Max Frankel, Executive Director of SEEC Institute.

“Next week, SEEC Institute will publish a comprehensive menu of policy solutions designed to address those very challenges while building a strong economy that benefits all Americans. We have built a report based on input from organizations, companies, and elected officials representing thousands of Americans that is designed to be acted on in the next Congress. It's long past time for action, and our Thriving Economy Project report will provide a roadmap for moving forward."
